Our club stands as a beacon of sporting excellence, offering a homegrown haven for young soccer enthusiasts and aspiring professional players in this dynamic corner of the Western Cape. Established in 2024 by the Khati family, Atlético Nacional emerged with a clear mission: to empower, educate, and uplift the youth.
Guided by our purpose, which is to change the lives of children through a common language understood by all – soccer. Beyond the field, the Khati family infuses the club with unwavering passion and a commitment to enriching the lives of young boys and girls across our communities

our why
To use sports as a tool to socially integrate and educate youth through a universal benchmark program in Africa, the goals are to promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect within the Atlético Nacional family.
Additionally, the program aims to provide a safe environment and life-changing opportunities for youth residing in communities in and around the Ysterplaat and Brooklyn areas. Furthermore, it seeks to foster peace, love, and happiness among players, parents, and club management, while also demonstrating passion and care for our supporters.
