Atlético Nacional Football Club is situated on the West Coast and currently uses the Air Force Base in Ysterplaat, Milnerton, as a training ground. The club is associated with the Milnerton Local Football Association and is an associate member of the Langa Ndabeni Local Football Association, which is recognized by the South African Football Association (SAFA) – Cape Town Region.

The club has a development structure in place for boys and girls in the Under 8, Under 10, Under 12, Under 14, Under 16, Under 18, and Senior teams.

Atlético Nacional Football Club serves the surrounding communities of Ysterplaat, Brooklyn, Milnerton, Tygerhof, Joe Slovo, Phoenix, and Du Noon.
